Job Description

As a Product Manager - Commercial Goods, you will be responsible for new product development, addressing portfolio gaps and opportunities, utilizing UX and stage-gate processes, and managing growth, maintenance, and lifecycle of assigned products. Your activities will include:

  1. Proactively managing a portfolio of commercial goods throughout the product lifecycle
  2. Analyzing market potential, exploring new requirements and opportunities through user experience, market research, and industry scoping to develop a product roadmap
  3. Ensuring a competitive, market-relevant product program
  4. Creating business cases and preparing financials for new product development
  5. Monitoring KPIs, Profit & Loss to meet business and profitability targets
  6. Conducting market coverage, catalog, and gap analysis
  7. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to launch programs and increase sales
  8. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Plants, and Quality teams
Qualifications

Experience & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related business, or technical field
  • 1-3 years of product management experience in the automotive aftermarket, OEM, or similar industry
  • Practical interest in automotive technology is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP, MS Project, and PowerBI knowledge are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
