Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager

Main Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze market data, customer insights, and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business goals and customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and innovation efforts.
• Support the launch of new products by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
• Apply strong numerical and analytical skills to assess pricing models, profitability, and overall product performance.
• Evaluate product ROI, revenue, and profitability to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economic - Administrative, or related field.
• Experience:3-5 years in product management or similar roles
• Technical Skills:Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Soft Skills:

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market planning.
