Product Manager
Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo (Hybrid)
Reports to: Director of Product

We are looking for a Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing a development team, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or logistics (not exclusive). This role is key for leading the development of core product features, working hands-on with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of product features: discovery, ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—design, engineering, marketing, and operations—to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear requirements for development teams.

• Monitor product metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and make decisions based on data.

• Conduct market and user analysis to identify pain points and innovation opportunities.

• Ensure successful adoption of new features, continuously improving them based on user feedback.

• Align team efforts with company objectives, ensuring features drive meaningful, measurable impact on strategic objectives.

Required Profile:

• 3 years of product experience, preferably within technology, Fintech, SaaS, or logistics companies.

• Practical experience leading agile teams (SCRUM) and working hands-on in feature definition and execution.

• Strong ability to communicate product ideas and strategies clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Basic technical knowledge (APIs and relational models) and experience with product management tools (JIRA, Miro, Lucid)

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with SQL or similar query languages is a plus.

• As a nice-to-have, we're looking for someone with a demonstrable curiosity for AI. Professional experience is not necessary.

• Adaptability to work in fast-changing, dynamic environments.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Onsite in Mexico City or Remote in Americas
