A leading healthcare company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Product Investigation & Complaints Management Laboratory Manager to oversee the Complaint Management Unit. You will ensure compliance and accuracy in data handling, lead project teams, and generate performance reports. The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's degree, significant experience in quality management, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. This role provides an opportunity to drive improvements in product complaint handling processes.

Formación

  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields, including 2-3 years in Quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Demonstrated international experience is advantageous.

Position:

Product Investigation & Complaints Management Laboratory Manager

Purpose:

Under minimal direction, the Complaint Management Unit Manager will oversee the Failure Analysis Lab and/or the Complaint Handling team at the Juarez site. They will maintain quality processes related to product complaint handling, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry into the global complaint handling system.
  • Proactively identify failures in the complaint handling system, monitoring activities to prevent delays.
  • Communicate system issues and resolutions to the global team.
  • Lead multi-regional project teams and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Generate and distribute performance metrics reports.
  • Chair monthly review meetings and communicate business issues or opportunities.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience, including 2-3 years in Quality.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and international experience.
