Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Product Engineering Manager 3 (R) to lead ECO/MCO processes, MRB controls, and the training and coordination of Product Technicians on the production floor.

You will coordinate weekly customer conference calls and internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management, driving continuous improvement through AGILE, ORACLE, and ROHS compliant practices, while ensuring timely responses and strong stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in product engineering or manufacturing.
• ,
• English language proficiency at 90% or equivalent.
• Deviations and ECO processes knowledge.
• AGILE / ERP systems familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system implementation on the production floor.
• MRB controls oversight and execution.
• Coordinate training and activities for Product Technicians.

Job Description

Education: Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.

Experience: Requires minimum of 5years of related experience;

Knowledge: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.

Required skills: Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.

Personality trait: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.
