Weldmation De México is seeking a Quality / Product Engineer to join our North American automotive team onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. The role emphasizes Transmission and Driveline product engineering, testing, and data analysis to support programs.

Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years in automotive product engineering and 2+ years in testing/validation, along with GD&T and Teamcenter proficiency.

Are you an experienced Automotive Engineer with a strong background in Product Engineering, Testing/Validation, and Transmission or Driveline systems? We are looking for a Quality / Product Engineer to join a North American automotive team supporting Transmission & Driveline programs.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Product Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in Testing / Validation
• Experience with test fixture design, instrumentation, and data acquisition
• Knowledge of Transmission, Driveline, or Powertrain systems
• Experience with product quality, warranty, field quality, or root-cause analysis

Relocation Opportunity: This is a 100% onsite position in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Candidates currently based in Mexico are welcome to apply. Relocation to Michigan is required. For qualified candidates, the company will provide support with the TN visa process. Salary: $80,000 USD/year + benefits
