Project Overview

You’ll join a cross-functional product squad focused on improving user experiences for large-scale B2B and B2C platforms. The team is tackling complex design challenges in the content management and analytics space, while also enhancing navigation patterns and interaction flows across multiple products. As a Senior UX/Product Designer, you’ll shape the future of web-based applications by bringing systems thinking, accessibility, and design system expertise into every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of user-friendly, engaging digital experiences aligned with business strategy.




• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.




• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.




• Advocate for design consistency and scalability through design systems and component libraries.




• Ensure accessibility, legibility, and inclusion are prioritized in all designs.




• Participate in product discovery, concept validation, and iterative design cycles.

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and/or complex platform work.




• Advanced expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, design systems).




• Experience designing for B2B applications (navigation patterns, data limitations, information architecture).




• Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks.




• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product teams in Agile environments.




• Self-starter, able to work independently while driving projects forward.




• Fluent English for daily communication (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to B2C platforms and consumer-facing user journeys.




• Familiarity with cloud-based product ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).




• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.




• Experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to design culture.

Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to EST ±2. Flexibility to overlap at least 4 hours daily with North America is expected.
