Clorox is seeking a Product Costing Analyst in Mexico City to drive standard costs, forecast variances, and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance with GAAP, and leveraging S/4HANA for costing runs and cost controls in a hybrid office setup in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or cost analysis.
• Advanced data analytics and/or database/ERP experience (S/4HANA).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Product costing runs and creation of yearly standard costs in S/4HANA.
• Month/quarter close personnel: prepare journal entries and reconciliations; report vs forecast and key variances.
• Forecasts for COGS responsibilities and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve costing issues and drive system improvements.
• Enhance reporting and analytics using PowerQuery, PowerBI and Power Automate.

As a key business partner, you will help facilitate company strategies and goals by translating operating activities and results into actionable consumer and business insights.
