Bosch Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering activities for assigned products, driving APQP/PPAP processes, coordinating plant-startups, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and cost structure in the automotive sector.

Formación

  • Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering degree (preferred or similar discipline).
  • English: Advanced level.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for all activities related to Manufacturing Engineering of assigned products, including APQP, PPAP, and RFQ processes.
  • Coordinate project startups between Plant, Lead Plant, Development, Sales, and Customer stakeholders for seamless launches.
  • Coordinate and implement change management for existing products while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage product documentation, technical specifications, and engineering records for accuracy across departments.
  • Monitor adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and automotive specifications throughout the lifecycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance.
  • Conduct cost analysis and support budget tracking to meet financial objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and metrics to management.

Job Description
**General Description:**
  • Responsible for all activities related to Manufacturing Engineering of assigned products, including APQP, PPAP, and RFQ processes
  • Responsible for coordinating project startups between Plant, Lead Plant, Development, Sales, and Customer stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing change management for existing products while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Manage product documentation, technical specifications, and engineering records to ensure accuracy and accessibility across all departments
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and automotive industry specifications throughout the product lifecycle
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize product performance
  • Conduct cost analysis and support budget tracking for assigned products to ensure financial objectives are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and implementation of corrective actions
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce product costs
  • Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and performance data to management and stakeholders
Qualifications
**Education:**
  • Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering degree (preferred or similar discipline)
**Language:**
  • English: Advanced level
**Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:**
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
  • Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan
  • Project Management methodologies and tools
  • RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and supplier coordination
  • Change management and configuration control procedures
  • Quality standards and regulatory compliance knowledge (ISO, IATF, automotive specifications)
  • Technical documentation and data management systems
  • Cost analysis and budget tracking
**Professional Experience:**
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in the Automotive Sector
  • Knowledge of product cost structure and financial analysis
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management
  • Proven track record in process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Goals-oriented, customer-focused, proactive approach
  • Interpersonal Competence: Clear communication, negotiation skills, multilingual capabilities
  • Leadership Skills: Team collaboration, decision-making, effective communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Analytical Capability: Strong ability to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and optimise processes
