We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Plant Product Controller at our Toluca Plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to contribute to our dynamic team and play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Value Stream, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, etc) to ensure accurate product costing strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize plant performance.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
