Rockwell Automation Mexico seeks a Product Configuration Engineer to support configurable products and engineering systems for LVMCC and MV, ensuring accurate quotations and orders.

You will work with SAP, PCBr, Power One, Advisor, CEWS, and CRM, leveraging a Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background and strong English proficiency. AutoCad Electrical or PTC Creo knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with configurable products and engineering tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support configurable products and engineering systems for LVMCC and MV.
• Assist quotations and customer orders to ensure successful execution.
• Provide technical support for configuration tools, engineering databases, and business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

The Product Configuration Engineer supports configurable products, engineering systems, for Low Voltage Motor Control Centers (LVMCC), Medium Voltage Motor Control Centers (MV), and other applicable departments. Additionally, supports New Product Introductions and Continuation engineering projects for Low Voltage Motor Control Centers (LVMCC). This role ensures the successful execution of quotations and customer orders. It provides technical support of various systems, including configuration tools, engineering databases, and business systems. These systems include SAP, PCBr, Power One, Advisor, CEWS, CRM, and related applications.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess good verbal and written skills in English.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical design concepts.
• Fluent in using AutoCad Electrical or PTC CREO.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering software tools.
• Experience supporting configurable products, engineering tools, manufacturing systems, or customer-specific solutions.
• Knowledge of order engineering, product configuration.
