NORMA Group in Cd. Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for our automotive manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality and KPI targets are met.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and at least five years in a similar manufacturing role, with deep knowledge of assembly lines, tooling processes, and IATF 16949/ISO standards. Fluency in collaborative leadership is essential.

Formación

• College degree in any Engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar automotive manufacturing position.
• Knowledge of assembly lines, work stations balance, progressive dies, welding and stamping.
• Proven ability to lead teams across departments and communicate at all levels.
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong focus on safety, KPI achievement and continuous improvement.

• Wide knowledge in assembly lines, work stations balance, progressive dies, welder process and stamping highly preferred.

• Conflict management expert
• Focused on results thru KPI's (safety, productivity, efficiency, internal quality, etc.)

• Continous improvement mentality and projects development.
• Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Focused in safety culture (Accidents prevention and risk identification)
