ARSAN International Consulting Group is assisting a world-class automotive client in Ciudad Juárez to hire a Manufacturing Superintendent (Molding and Die Cast). The role directs production activities, schedules, and improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce waste, ensuring lines meet engineering standards and hourly goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Quality/Industrial Eng, 5+ years in a similar role within automotive, with molding and die-cast experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in Molding and Die-Cast processes.
• Lean Manufacturing expert.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Die casting mold setup experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• English Advanced (Fully Professional expertise).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the production activities of the manufacturing group.
• Manage the manufacturing work schedule to ensure products are delivered to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Manage communication with manufacturing supervisors and team leaders.
• Setting employee work schedules and production goals; establishing work priorities and resolving problems to mitigate schedule/budget impacts.
• Responsible to implement/support implementation accordingly for continuous improvement activities and projects that will increase productivity and decrease waste and inefficiencies on the production floor.
• Recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

About the job Manufacturing Superintendent (Molding and Die Cast)

Our world-class client in the automotive industry, located in Cd. Juarez is looking for a Manufacturing Superintendent (Molding and Die Cast).

This leader reports to a Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for supporting implementations according to continuous improvement activities and projects that will increase productivity and decrease waste and inefficiencies on the production floor, directing and supervising the production activities of the manufacturing group, and ensuring that any given production line output is performing according to engineering defined standard time, ensure production supervisors are monitoring hour by hour production and immediately reacting to any issue that could be prevented from reaching the hourly goal.

Our client will only accept MX payroll and will give preference to local candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in Molding and Die-Cast processes.
• Lean Manufacturing expert
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Die casting mold setup experience is a plus.
