• Lead proDIGY implementation as primary business liaison.
• Coordinate TT/GN training in collaboration with Training Manager.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and system functionality.
• Support and train users on purchasing systems and tools.
• Ensure high-quality reporting for regular and ad-hoc requests.
