Formación

• Experiencia en operaciones de compras indirectas y manejo de ERP.
• Capacidad para elaborar órdenes de compra y seguimiento a proveedores.

Descripción del empleo

As a Procurement Support Specialist, you will be responsible for support in Procurement Operations activities that include the creation and submission of Purchase Orders, and analyzing and processing internal requisitions for purchases of Indirect Material.

Document processes, procedures, and generate operational metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Elaborate and create the respective Purchase Orders (POs) and send them to the respective suppliers.
• Provide the necessary follow-up to ensure the material is delivered on time.
• Identify delays on time to react and take the necessary action to avoid impact to customers.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience.
• Indirect Procurement Operations experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE).
