Flowserve is seeking a Procurement to Pay professional in Torreón to manage casting-related purchasing activities and ensure on-time production with lowest total cost of acquisition. You will support ERP-driven PO processing, supplier negotiations, and data analysis to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and experience with SAP/Oracle. Occasional travel may be needed as part of supplier engagement and project execution.

Role Summary:Focus on and manage core site-based Procurement to Pay Casting related activities to meet operational objectives and provide outstanding service levels while achieving lowest total cost of acquisition for direct material, indirect goods, services and logistics.Be an integral part of site operational supply chain team helping on execute strategies and objectives set forth by the Global Supply Chain team (GSC).Responsibilities & Requirements:Cost Reduction: in line with the departmental or functional annual targetsSupport Forecast owners meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goalsTimely delivery: ensure production need by dates and supplier promise dates meet operational requirements to achieve customer promise dates.Accurate Purchase Requisition Conversion: quick turnaround time to convert material demand into Purchase Orders to ensure sufficient time and accurate information is provided to suppliers for manufacturingPurchase Order Management: manage the exception messages generated from the ERP system to support optimum levels of inventory, revision changes, cancellations, PO confirmations, supporting the closure of supplier concessions and deviationsAt all times comply with Flowserve Safety, Integrity & Ethics procedures/policiesCompliance with ALL Flowserve Supply Chain policies & proceduresPreferred Experience / Skills:Effective Communication skillsFluent verbal and communication skills in English and SpanishReliable negotiation skillsBasic data analysis skills2 years of Casting/Pattern experience in a similar roleTechnical Background preferredAbility to read and understand industrial pump part drawingsBachelor’s degree in business (Supply Chain Management preferred)Willingness to travel (occasional)Casting Product / Commodity intimacyAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situationsAptitude in decision-making and working with numbersProven working experience with SAP / Oracle
