Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a site-based Procurement to Pay professional focused on Casting-related activities to meet operational objectives and achieve the lowest total cost of acquisition for direct material, indirect goods, services and logistics.

You will be part of the site operational supply chain team, helping execute strategies set by the Global Supply Chain. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, a business degree, and experience with SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Supply Chain preferred).
• 2 years of Casting/Pattern experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to read industrial pump part drawings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Reliable negotiation skills.
• Technical background preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to changing situations.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Cost Reduction: align with annual targets.
• Support Forecast owners to meet goals.
• Timely delivery: ensure dates meet requirements.
• Accurate Purchase Requisition to PO conversion.
• PO management: handle ERP exceptions for inventory and changes.
• Comply with Flowserve Safety, Integrity & Ethics policies.
• Follow Flowserve Supply Chain policies.
