Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role's main objective is to enable, maintain, and manage resolution of issues related to Catalogs, Buying channels, and Contracts for PepsiCo North America.

Your Impact

As Procurement Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Enabling content on Ariba On Demand.
• Recommending catalog, buying channels, and contract improvements, and managing accuracy, changes, and deletions.
• Managing and cleansing catalog and contract content to ensure timely updates and accuracy of items and pricing, working with vendors accordingly.
• Contributing to team delivery, quality standards, proposing improvements, and maintaining internal controls.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven ability to analyze data and gain insights into business processes.
• 2+ years of experience with procurement policies and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ARIBA, or Coupa.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
