We boldly go.

What’s in it for you:

Are you ready to make a difference? You will partner with Centralized Procurement to assist with project charters, benefits, and resource requirements. Your responsibilities include monitoring active projects, updating status, eliminating roadblocks, and escalating issues as needed. You will investigate, coordinate, and communicate project changes, identify gaps to goals, and develop countermeasures to exceed targets. You will also lead supplier rationalization, quality, and delivery improvement projects, aligning strategies across Operations, Engineering, and Procurement.

Thrive at work and at home:

  • You will have the opportunity to participate in the company's private medical and life insurance program, subject to eligibility and policies, with coverage varying by location.
  • You will have access to the Wellbeing Program, supporting emotional, legal, and financial well-being.
  • The company offers continuous learning opportunities through its education programs.
  • You will be granted one paid day per year to volunteer with non-profit organizations.
  • The Helping Hands Fund is available to support employees facing financial hardships.

Where is the work: Onsite, Parque Stiva, Apodaca.

What you will do:

  • Manage procurement goals related to productivity, supplier rationalization, risk management, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead multiple procurement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying standard work for implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Align procurement strategies with operations, marketing, and engineering plans.
  • Evaluate business needs against supplier capabilities, managing relationships and contracts.
  • Forecast and report procurement financial metrics, supporting annual planning.
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews and value analysis/engineering activities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in an industrial or HVAC manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a plant/manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong independent thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects; knowledge of supplier development, materials management, or supplier quality is a plus.
