Essity is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join the Cluster North team at one of our manufacturing sites in Mexico. The role validates supplier requests, handles supplier registration, and creates and tracks purchase orders while resolving tickets and issues for various locations including mills, factories, and offices.

You will monitor requisitions, maintain master data and price lists, and provide end-user training as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• English level preferred (B1).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Validate supplier requests and registration questionnaires.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
• Process tickets and issues for assigned geographies and locations.
• Monitor requisitions for completeness and proper assignment.
• Maintain master data and price lists in procurement systems.
• Provide end-user training as needed.
• Review requisitions for compliance with buying channels.
