Ebury is seeking a Procurement Intern for its León/Malaga hybrid setup, offering 4 days in the office and 1 day from home weekly. You will support day-to-day procurement operations, PO processes, and reporting while learning from the Global Head of Procurement and a dedicated team.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, English required; Portuguese knowledge a bonus.
• Internship in procurement or related field is welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Purchasing activities: assist with PO process and administration.
• Support PO creation and receipt; monitor adoption by departments.
• Assist procurement and PO process enhancement projects.
• Support training material development and training delivery to drive adoption.
• Assist invoice dispute resolution and routine Purchase to Pay tasks.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports for stakeholders.
