Quaker Houghton is seeking a procurement intern to support transactional activities across documentation, invoicing and supplier records in Mexico. You will review shipping clearances, request documents, and organize files using SharePoint and Excel, gaining exposure to Element and Narancia systems.

The role targets a student in International Business or related field with a desirable 1 year in procurement, offering real-work experience in a global industrial company and a cafeteria benefit.

Formación

• Student in International Business or related field.
• Desirable 1 year of experience in Procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Review clearance status on shipping page and notify import/export analyst.
• Request import documents from purchasing administrators.
• Place documents in import/export folders on SharePoint.
• Send documents to Invoicing.
• Place arrival dates on import reports.
• Consolidate Excel screenshots of closed purchase orders and upload to SharePoint.
• Consolidate Element contracts in PDF and upload to SharePoint.
• Download invoices from Element page and upload with Excel to finance folder.
• Pre-capture invoices, sales orders and cost centers for Freight in Excel.
• Download invoices of cash payments from Narancia.
• Reprint and save corrected POs.
• Review and follow up information from users for supplier registration.
