Johnson Controls is seeking a BI Engineer II to implement best-in-class Business Intelligence, deploying analytics, data visualization, data modeling, and infrastructure to drive data-driven decisions.

You will scope, analyze, develop, automate, and validate BI reporting and dashboards, delivering timely solutions and supporting procurement categories with data prep for bidding and stakeholder training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, BI Data Engineering or related fields.
• Medium SQL skills for acquiring and transforming data.
• Experience configuring and using Power BI to visualize dashboards and scorecards.
• Experience developing, maintaining and managing Power BI dashboards & analytics.
• Advanced English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Transform medium complexity data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards on Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Produce and maintain scaled, automated reporting systems and dashboards.
• Support the data visualization process by monitoring queries and data loads.
• Design and build of reports such as Scorecards and Compliance reports.
• Document data models and own the design and maintenance of metrics and reports.
• Support procurement category activities by data extraction and prep for bidding.
• Train stakeholders by creating dashboards with them and promoting usage.
