Novartis is seeking a Manager, US Strategy Analyst in Mexico City to partner with enterprise and commercial strategy teams. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, supporting executive storytelling, and driving strategy execution through structured analysis.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work arrangement is noted; relocation is not offered.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, clean, analyze, and synthesize data supporting strategic planning and enterprise decision-making.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, partnership, operating model, and performance analyses.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, presentations, and fact packs.
• Support workshop preparation, stakeholder interviews, meeting documentation, and action tracking.
• Create concise insights and recommendations that inform strategic priorities and business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, benchmark libraries, and standardized strategic planning tools.
• Identify data inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and gaps in business analyses.
• Support the development of executive communications and strategic presentations.
