Johnson Controls is seeking an entry-level Procurement Analyst to enable Category Managers and Buyers by executing the Category Strategy, streamlining processes, and driving automation. The role includes learning the commodity and preparing for increased responsibilities within the organization, including support for CLM activities using Ariba.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering preferred), strong MS Excel skills, and a basic knowledge of data analytics

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; engineering degrees preferred to read/interprete drawings and sub-categories.
• Proven interest/experience in procurement is a plus and RFQ knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong MS software skills including advanced Excel (arrays, INDEX/MATCH) are required.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean/Quality tools to reduce waste and maximize throughput.
• Data skills such as SQL/HQL queries, automation or Python-pandas are a plus.
• Business English is required due to role interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Enable Category Managers and Buyers with effective execution of Category Strategy; streamline processes and drive automation.
• Perform meaningful analyses and learn the commodity to grow within the organization.
• Support CLM activities by leveraging Ariba to upload and keep contracts up to date.
• Assist in Business Continuity Plans by conducting financial assessments and sustainability surveys.
• Build and maintain a Master Supplier Contact list for GPProcurement; perform other duties as assigned.
