Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Purchasing Specialist II to support supplier development, evaluation, and procurement processes within our global team. You will help maintain supplier scorecards and optimize lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional groups to meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on compliant contract awards and continuous improvement in procurement strategies.

Formación

• University degree with minimum 1 year relevant experience, or 2-year degree with minimum 6 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in procurement processes and supplier management strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
