Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to be a key partner in supporting procurement operations, supplier onboarding, and procure-to-pay processes across the global organization.

You will work with procurement, finance, and shared services teams to resolve purchasing and payment issues, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing operations, accounts payable, or shared services processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: POs, requisitions, supplier onboarding, and transactional processes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and support to internal customers on procurement processes, systems, and policies.
• Maintain supplier documentation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and shared services to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Analyze procurement data and operational metrics to identify trends and support reporting.

What is your role?

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will serve as a critical point of contact for procurement operations and supplier support activities. You will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and payment-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational excellence standards.

• Support procurement operations activities including purchase orders, requisitions, supplier onboarding, and transactional processes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related issues while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to internal customers regarding procurement processes, systems, and policies.
• Maintain supplier documentation and support compliance requirements, ensuring accurate records and data integrity.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and shared services teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Analyze procurement data and operational metrics to identify trends, support reporting activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
