Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field with process safety focus.
• 2+ years on process safety, project management, process engineering, and EHS.
• Experience with PSM standards (STPS/OSHA/NFPA, etc.) and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate PSM requirements across beer operations in Mexico.
• Lead process safety governance, incident investigations, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain and improve PHA portfolios and risk matrices.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership on PSM performance.
