Summary:

Support the quality and production departments with product inspections, ensuring material and equipment compliance during manufacturing. Conduct statistical studies, technical tests, and special audits following established quality principles and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities:

The following are the essential functions of this role, but the job may include other duties as assigned by the quality engineer:

• Release product for initial run.
• Perform process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Reject and contain defective material based on quality criteria.
• Report inspection results.
• Generate quality alerts.
• Assist in creating documents for process inspections.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Help develop material inspection criteria.
• Comply with applicable safety guidelines.
• Order inspection materials as required.

Education, Experience, Skills:

• Technical degree or Industrial Engineering (recent graduates or in progress).
• 3 years in manufacturing industry.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with measurement equipment.
• Basic English skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of GD&T (desirable).
• Experience with statistical software (desirable).
• Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001) (desirable).
