Job Description

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. Your responsibilities include data collection, ensuring data accuracy, promoting CI progress, and monitoring department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques, and assist departments in following our established daily management system (DMS).
• Support data collection and extraction from systems to facilitate CI activities and DMS adherence.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
• Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new standards derived from CI activities.

What you will bring

A desire to advance your career along with the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience with CI and high-performance work systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined approach to supporting and educating on the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to derive insights from data.
