Job summary

MStar is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to identify opportunities, redesign workflows, promote automation, and drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives. You will map and analyze end-to-end processes, remove bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading continuous improvement or automation projects, strong KPI/SLA experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational transformation, or process automation projects.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in KPI and SLA development, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, leasing, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
• Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings and prepare executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mapping, documentation, analysis, and redesign of end-to-end processes across the organization.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, redundancies, and opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving operational transformation, process automation, and technological improvements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance and project effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, policies, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate action plans resulting from audits, operational findings, and strategic initiatives.
• Promote a data-driven culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
