Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Aguascalientes to provide technical and operational support on manufacturing lines, ensuring adherence to work instructions, standards, and continuous improvement.

You will help with line start-ups, validations, line releases, and standardization of best practices, while maintaining documentation and seeking efficiency gains on layouts and material flow.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and lean practices (5S, supermarket systems).
• Basic Excel proficiency and email usage.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to production lines during daily operations.
• Verify processes align with work instructions and standards.
• Identify deviations and escalate quality, safety, or delivery issues.
• Assist with model changes, line start-ups, and production releases.
• Support standardization of best practices across lines.
• Help with debugging and repair processes; document reports.
• Ensure documentation on productive lines is up to date for operators.
• Identify opportunities to improve workstation layout and material handling.
