Una empresa líder en el sector automotriz busca un Ingeniero de Procesos para gestionar y desarrollar proyectos de ingeniería dentro de un entorno dinámico. El candidato ideal será responsable de implementar mejoras técnicas y coordinarse con equipos internacionales, garantizando la alineación con estándares y requisitos internacionales. Se requieren habilidades en la gestión de proyectos, comunicación efectiva y un fuerte enfoque en el trabajo en equipo. Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles similares, preferiblemente en la industria automotriz.
• Familiaridad con FMEA y Herramientas Principales.
• Experiencia deseable en implementaciones de ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.

Responsabilidades

• Crear y actualizar documentación de procesos para mantener y mejorar la producción.
• Gestionar proyectos de transferencia y validación de productos en las líneas de producción.
• Realizar análisis de fallas y seguir las solicitudes de los clientes.

Position at Judd Wire Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

Objective

Manage and develop process engineering projects, ensuring the efficient implementation of technical improvements, manufacturing processes, and new products through effective and continuous communication with clients and group companies located abroad. Act as a bilingual technical liaison, ensuring alignment with requirements, specifications, and international standards, thereby facilitating integration and compliance with the strategic objectives of the department.

Responsibilities

• Create and update process documentation to maintain and improve production.
• Manage product transfer and validation projects on production lines.
• Perform failure analysis and follow up on customer requirements.
• Share information received from support teams in Japan and the USA.
• Test and review packaging and raw material standards.
• Prepare PPAPs for new components in the Process Engineering division.
• Participate in internal and external audits within the Process Engineering division.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Process Engineering division.
• Communicate with support teams in Japan, other group plants, clients, and other operations.
• Present analysis and strategies for process support resolution.
• Provide support in production and innovation activities.
  
  

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced/conversational English (a language test will be conducted)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong teamwork foundation
• Experience in project development and management
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge and creation of flowcharts
• Familiarity with FMEA and Core Tools
• Desirable experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001
• Preferably experienced in plant start-ups or new project implementation
