Process Engineer Specialist

This is a managerial, full-time position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Graduated in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering with at least 3 years of confirmed relevant experience in engineering processes.

Role Description

The Process Engineer Specialist is responsible for developing a Process Control Strategy to enable continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, aiming to:

  1. Optimize Change Over time & complexity
  2. Improve Material Utilization
  3. Understand and improve PR to reduce process variability and ensure sustainable improvements
  4. Adhere to GMP and manufacturing standards to reduce quality defects, unplanned holds, and scrap
  5. Ensure process execution follows Internal Controls, Safety, and QA standards
  6. Support investigations related to process failures

Minimum Knowledge and Skills for Success

The candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Project)
  • Knowledge of Loss Elimination Tools
  • Operational experience
  • Process Engineering Skills (PR Strategic Measure & Training in My Learning LMS)
  • Completed the “Corporate PR SWP Step-Up Card”
  • Experience completing at least one 90-day cycle of PR strategic assessment, including health checks and action plans
  • 20 Manufacturing Critical Skills

Job Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Availability to work at Interlomas
  • Graduated in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering with at least 3 years of process engineering experience
  • English proficiency is not required
  • Deep knowledge of technology, equipment, and process transformations
  • Mastery in PR measure definition and GSUM+ qualifications
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS)
  • Team-oriented attitude, proactive approach, and ability to deliver results
  • Technical excellence and effective collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal skills
