The scope includes reducing network losses caused by Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions, or their combination across supply chain operations, in collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC), transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS), and Resolutions CX (RCX) teams.

Candidate Profile

This role demands excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and technical environment. Ownership of work is crucial, and candidates should have a proven track record of driving operations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic, agile, with strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a deep understanding of operational processes across the supply chain.
2. Analyze operational data to identify root causes of losses and develop or replicate solutions, tracking their impact.
3. Standardize metrics, processes, and SOPs related to network losses across RoW markets.
4. Implement product and process solutions to eliminate losses, leveraging 5+ years of experience in operations and process improvement.
5. Utilize data and metrics to drive operational improvements; familiarity with analytical tools is advantageous.
6. Own end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
7. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish and English (C1+).
