Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and mentoring to set-ups. Design the process required to meet customer requirements. The incumbent also manages and implements the engineering activities on plant's new projects to meet the APQP and PPAP activities assigned.
- Provide support in automation, programming, and management activities related to robots/cobots.
- Search for and implement automation projects to improve process effectiveness.
- Establish the production standard methods for current processes according to the process flow diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method, and Man).
- Support the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard.
- Develop and maintain updated necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOPs, procedures, forms, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and commissioning assembly equipment and project management.
- CAD Software skills (AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.).
- PLC programming skills.
- Knowledge in manufacturing engineering and processes (Assembly, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and automation).
