Allient Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Reynosa team.

You will develop and sustain manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements, drive quality, throughput, and cost objectives, and lead implementation of processes including layout, equipment selection, workflow, and process monitoring. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, proficiency with SolidWorks/AutoCAD, Lean and ISO 9001 knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronic, mechanical, or electronic engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Experience managing and implementing Engineering Changes
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of overmolding processes is a plus
• Six Sigma (Green Belt) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in accordance with APQP
• Willingness to travel (valid Border Crossing Card/B1/B2 visa required)

Responsabilidades

• Defines, characterizes and leads the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Assures engineering & validation principals are applied to manufacturing process design and sustainability.
• Develops manufacturing processes to be trouble free and ensure success every time targeting Zero Defects.
• Supports concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing manufacturing / quality assurance and the customer.
• Designs, implements and documents procedures for manufacturing process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
• Develops Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Work Instructions, and Workmanship Standards
• Performs root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify corrective actions and process improvements utilizing AST and quality tools including 3 Leg 5 Why.
• Analyzes customers’ product specifications to establish efficient, cost-effective requirements for ease of manufacture and reproducible.
• Develops, Monitors and improves manufacturing process performance and risk mitigation.
