Qualifications

• Technician in Mechatronic, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in production processes or maintenance.
• Experience in DC electric motor manufacturing.
• Experience with winding machines (Odawara, Otta-matic, Globe 8000) a plus.
• Experience with terminal crimping machines (Amp, Molex) a plus.
• Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic presses a plus.
• Ability to read electrical/pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley) and PanelView.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW, AutoCAD/Inventor, VB.NET or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Develops and sustains manufacturing processes to meet technical requirements.
• Defines and leads new manufacturing process implementations.
• Implements procedures for process control, improvement, testing and inspection.
• Establishes metrics to monitor process effectiveness.
• Performs root-cause analysis and corrective actions using quality tools.
• Analyzes data to predict trends and drive quality improvements.
• Assists with equipment selection and new equipment implementation.
• Supports PPAP/FAI submissions and approvals.
