Dauch Corporation's El Carmen Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Process Engineer L2 to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. You will analyze operations, implement lean improvements, and support new product introductions across functional teams.

The role requires a chemical/mechanical/industrial engineering background, 3–5 years of process engineering experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and CAD tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, focusing on lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct process capability studies, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless process integration and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance efficiency.
• Specify, evaluate, and procure new equipment or modify existing equipment to meet production requirements and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs related to process performance and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems (ISO).
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Participate in NPI activities, ensuring processes are robust and scalable.
