Boschgroup in Mexico is seeking a results-oriented engineer to manage engineering change requests for the powertrain systems unit. You will coordinate ECRs, ensure compliant implementation, and act as the primary liaison between the plant and external customers to review and exchange information on changes affecting daily operations.

• 1 to 4 years of experience max in related roles.
• Experience with ECR and powertrain systems is required.
• Ability to coordinate with plant and customers and maintain documentation.

Candidates with 1 to 4yrs of experience MAX

Management of internal processes, data processing, data handling and analysis, maintenance and creation of documentation and reports, engineering changes, and risk analysis methodology.

Activities

Responsible for managing and coordinating engineering change requests (ECR) for powertrain systems business unit. Ensuring their proper implementation and compliance. You will act as the primary contact between the plant and external customers, maintaining direct communication to approve, review, and exchange information related to changes that impact the daily operations. Accountable for any further process improvement requirement.

You will also act as member of the review team, for check and approval of new ECRs.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for the system maintenance, documentation updating and user support of the marine certification automation tool. Overseeing and internally controlling the part numbers that require certification applicability.
