Responsible for making improvements to processes (quality, production, and maintenance) by deploying documentation based on time and motion studies, waste analysis, and working in coordination with production staff. Also responsible for generating requisitions for consumables, indirect materials, and tools.

• Conduct time and motion studies in production.
• Validate and generate reports on physical material consumption (work orders & quotation) against the BOM.
• Elaborate and modify layouts in AutoCAD.
• Follow up on daily manufacturing projects.
• Design new process ideas and develop new inline racks.
• Support manufacturing in launching new products.
• Assist in training operational personnel.
• Review and interpret drawings.
• Develop visual aids, instructions, and online flowcharts.
• Validate and generate reports on physical material consumption against the BOM.
