Formación

Descripción del empleo

As a Process Engineer for Technology and Industrialization in our Global CEF Operations, you will:

  1. Coordinate engineering pilot projects at selected locations and support global rollouts.
  2. Implement and perform risk and opportunity analyzes and business case studies in the end-to-end process of our CEF business.
  3. Integrate new equipment and technologies into series production in close cooperation with Technology & Innovation, Automation & Systems, Global Production Engineering, IT, and Vision Technology Systems.
  4. Support in defining the automation & footprint strategy of CE&F.
  5. Implement technology and footprint projects.
  6. Plan and create production layouts of CE&F Labs worldwide.
  7. Support technology scouting and screening of trends, e.g., additive manufacturing.
  8. Support the standardization of machine parameters for productivity and quality optimization.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Successfully completed master’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, manufacturing technology, automation technology, industrial engineering, etc.).
  2. 2-4 years of working experience.
  3. Very good communication skills in English.
  4. Knowledge of industrial production, automation technology, and data analysis.
  5. Knowledge of methods (LEAN, 6SIGMA, SPC).
  6. Experience in global project management and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  7. Willingness to travel.
  8. Exposure to international team collaboration gained during practical training or working abroad is a plus.
  9. Flexibility to work at different locations around the world.
