This role involves troubleshooting process failures, monitoring quality compliance, and supporting internal audits. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in core tools, SAP, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing principles, along with a passion for factory automation.

Formación

  • 3-5 years' experience as Process Engineer.
  • Core tools, SAP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing expertise required.
  • English fluency; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Moderate analysis and troubleshooting for process failures.
  • Monitor process capacity and coordinate measurement system analysis studies.
  • Ensure compliance with 14Q audits and give support to quality claims.

Job Description

• Create something new:

Moderate analysis and troubleshooting for process failures

Monitor and verify validity studies of process capacity (Cpk's)

Coordinate measurement system analysis studies (MSA's)

Prepare repeatability studies of the measurement system (R & R)

Coordinate and document internal containment actions for customer claims.

Give support and follow-up to quality claims by external providers

• Think holistically:

Ensure compliance with first level 14Q audits performed by process auditors.

Participate during the preparation of 14Q audits for the second level.

Coordinate the execution of audits from shipment to finished product.

Give support and follow-up to Line Walks

Qualifications

• Personality: you are a transformational person, who is results-oriented, innovative and wants to be challenged

• Work History: 3-5 years' experience as Process Engineer

• Experience and Knowledge: core tools, SAP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing

• Enthusiasm: passionate about factory automation and leading change

• Languages: English. German would be a plus
