The Opportunity

How You'll Make an Impact
Analyze manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
Perform engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, and testing.
Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
Support production during process/equipment start-ups, defining action plans and training.
Contribute to Operations Daily Management Meetings and solve key issues.
Evaluate and implement new process technologies for cost reduction and productivity.
Lead testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.
Define and execute Capital Expenditure (Capex) initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Visa authorization for travel to the United States.
Prefer lean manufacturing training and experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred, but not required.
