Flex is seeking a Process Engineer for our Juarez Sur site. You will support teams building great products, implementing and evaluating processes for manufacturability, and transferring new processes into production under the Operations Engineering Manager.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and intermediate English, with electronics experience considered an asset. Join a diverse team delivering innovative manufacturing solutions in a collaborative environment.

• Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing/process engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable process parameters.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvement activities.
• Evaluate and select engineered materials.
• Apply statistical process control to new and existing products.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and yield.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Process Engineer’s role involves:

Process Engineer’s role involves:

• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Trouble shoot process related issues.
• Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and through put.
• Experience in Electronics area (desirable).
• The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Intermediate English.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Review processing methods.
• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
