Process Engineer

What you’ll do:

1. Improve and develop the LW Process.
2. Follow the 1 Product 1 Process (1P1P) strategy.
3. Create process documentation (SWI, Process parameter control, Setup, PFMEA).
4. Support site activities for Autonomous Manufacturing Group.
5. Provide proper follow-up of Policy Deployment actions.
6. Monitor process improvement & Autonomous Manufacturing Center metrics.
7. Analyze variables & adjust process accordingly.
8. Apply PLC knowledge and automation experience with robots.
9. Help develop new projects, ensure correct launch, reduce cycle time, increase PPH, and assure product quality through automation and data analysis.
10. Implement Muda elimination, optimize robot movements, reduce scrap, and improve processes to lower raw material costs in the injection area.
11. Develop best practices for the global team, process parameters for new programs, and debug new part numbers.
12. Design, execute, test, and monitor process quality results.
13. Update PFMEA.
14. Drive process improvements to reduce scrap.
15. Conduct DOE and analyze results.
16. Manage reception of new products, documentation, and equipment.
17. Create ECNs in Manit and standardize engineering changes.
18. Establish processing requirements for equipment design (Manufacturing Process Specification).
19. Develop new launch product programs, SWI, and setup procedures.
20. Troubleshoot and resolve production process/equipment issues.
21. Design and plan material layout and sequence operations.
22. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and interpret drawings (2D and SolidWorks).
23. Utilize troubleshooting tools, perform time studies, line balancing, and ergonomics assessments.
24. Collaborate effectively with QC, Finance, Engineering, New Launches, and Security departments.
25. Conduct tests and measurements throughout production to control variables.
26. Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
27. Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and documentation compliance.

What is required:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Minimum 3 years experience in:

• Injection DC process.
• Process Engineering.
