Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site .

Reporting to the Director Operations, Process Engineering Manager role involves working on capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Understanding of Racks Integration Assembly,
  • Manage a team of engineers to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
  • Establish and improve process capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
  • Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
  • Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
  • Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas, Root Cause Analysis.
  • Implement appropriate strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or any related field).
  • English advanced
  • Strong and clear communication
  • Significant experience as Process Engineering Manager or related / Background Electronic Manufacturing industry, ideally managing teams and/or projects.
  • Solid track record of successfully managing projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Ability to negotiate with CFT, Staff members, customers, etc
  • Experience with automation technologies, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and smart manufacturing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems specific to the electronics industry (e.g., IPC, ISO standards).
  • Experience in leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align engineering processes with business objectives.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset to lead teams through changes and challenges effectively
