Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. (USI Mexico) is seeking an experienced Process Coordinator to lead and optimize SMT and Back-End manufacturing processes in a high-volume EMS environment.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of EMS experience are required. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity, quality, and cost targets across diverse manufacturing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
• Strong expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes and Back-End (BKN) manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading and developing engineering and production teams, and driving process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop engineering and production teams.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Manage and monitor production KPIs.
• Coordinate and optimize SMT and Back-End manufacturing processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
• Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introductions and process qualifications.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, with strong expertise in:

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
• Back-End (BKN) manufacturing processes
• High-volume electronic manufacturing environments

Proven experience in:

• Leading and developing engineering and production teams
• Process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• Managing and monitoring production KPIs
• Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Knowledge of:

• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma methodologies
• PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
• Process validation and continuous improvement tools
• Coordinate and optimize SMT and Back-End manufacturing processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements.
• Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introductions and process qualifications.
