Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in process consulting, process improvement, or business analysis roles
  • Proven ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes for automation feasibility
  • Expertise in process mapping, workflow modeling, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards
  • Experience using process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Bizagi, Celonis, UiPath Task mining
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business process reengineering and process optimization methodologies
  • Familiarity with RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and ability to identify automation opportunities
  • Skilled in requirement elicitation, conducting process discovery workshops, and preparing Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) in collaboration with automation developers
  • Experience using Jira (or similar project tracking tools) to log, track, and manage PDDs and automation lifecycle tasks
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, change management, and compliance in automation projects
