HP is seeking a Program Manager to lead privacy initiatives across HP Products & Services, ensuring alignment with global privacy, data protection, and regulatory obligations. The role acts as the operational backbone of the privacy organization, driving execution, governance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program management, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting, with experience in matrixed environments.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in program management, project management, governance, risk management, privacy, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs within global organizations; ability to deliver executive reports and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead privacy and compliance programs across HP Products & Services initiatives.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Coordinate activities across Privacy, Legal, Product, Engineering, Security and business units.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership reviews.
